At FG Hats, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at elfg@fghats.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your case and provide an appropriate solution.
